OUR HOUSE has many years of experience remodeling, repairing, and rebuilding homes that present structural and financial challenges. Helping our clients to make good decisions is very important to us. We have a trusted network of skilled and talented subcontractors and craftsmen with whom we have worked for many years. We stand behind the work we do.

Our project managers are state-licensed construction supervisors and will be on the job site daily to oversee the scope of work and maintain a safe and efficient project. Our project managers use online software to keep you linked in to the day to day activity. Project Management involves the following:

Acquiring permits
Scheduling and coordination of trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
Management of deliveries
General oversight of construction and installations
Client Communication

ASBESTOS TESTING

Prior to the start of any renovation or demolition project, in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, all properties must be surveyed by a licensed Asbestos Inspector and tested for the presence of asbestos containing materials (ACM) to reduce the likelihood of exposure or contamination.

OUR HOUSE has a dedicated Massachusetts licensed Asbestos Inspector with several years of training and expertise in the field of demolition, containment, and hazardous building material management. Hire us to test your project prior to demolition.
